Mosquitoes

Only the females drink blood — they need it to lay their eggs, which develop in standing water: barrels, ponds, puddles, flooded basements. That is why mosquitoes are especially active near bodies of water and in damp yards, and why attacks peak in the evening and the early morning.

Protection at home is built on fumigators: a mat or a liquid evaporates as it heats and makes the room unfit for mosquitoes for the whole night. Outdoors — porches, gazebos, yards, parking areas — coils do the work: as they smolder they create a protective zone of smoke. Sprays give a fast result when insects get inside.

For retail, mosquitoes are a distinctly seasonal category with sales peaking from May through September; steady shipments through the season are a standard task for our wholesale partners.

• Remove standing water on the property — cover the barrels, turn the containers over.
• Switch the fumigator on 15–20 minutes before bed — the room will have time to be "treated".
• Set the coil on the downwind side — the smoke will cover the seating area.
• Use products strictly according to the instructions on the pack.
