Soft baits

Rats are wary of anything new: they avoid an unfamiliar object near their trail for several days and sometimes never approach it. In rodenticide bait, therefore, the decisive factor is not the active ingredient — which has long been established — but whether the bait is eaten. This entire category is built around palatability, which reaches 90% in soft baits: rodents choose the bait even when grain or feed is available nearby.

The soft dough bait works on precisely this principle: it is soft, smells like food, and has the texture rodents expect from food. We were the first in the world market to introduce technology for producing dough baits, and it remains the backbone of the line. Pellets and paste bait complement it for different sites and placement methods, while variants ranging from meat and cheese flavors to two-component baits make it possible to select an option for sites where rodents have become accustomed to one type and stopped responding to it.

The active ingredient is an anticoagulant: a single feeding is enough, and death follows on the third to eighth day. The delay is deliberate rather than a drawback — the colony does not associate the death of one of its members with the bait and continues taking it.
