Contract manufacturing · How we work

How we work: from request to production batch

Five stages with clear timelines and a single manager in charge. A typical project takes 2 to 4 months; repeat batches ship in 2–3 weeks.

1
Request and brief
1–2 days

You describe the product: type, target pest, pack size, price segment. The manager clarifies the details and locks in the brief. We sign an NDA.

Brief NDA Volume estimate
2
Formulation and samples
2–3 weeks

The laboratory develops a formulation to your brief or adapts a proven one from our library. You receive samples for testing.

Laboratory Samples Testing
3
Documents and registration
4–8 weeks

EAEU state registration, technical specifications, barcodes, packaging artwork. If the product runs under our existing documents, this stage shrinks to a week.

SGR TU Packaging
4
Pilot batch
from 2 weeks

We produce a trial batch; you confirm the quality and the shelf appeal. We adjust whatever is needed before the production run.

5
Production and logistics
2–3 weeks/batch

Full-scale production, palletizing, and shipment from our own warehouse to any region of Russia and the CIS. A single email is all it takes to order repeat batches.

Production Warehouse Delivery
NDA from first contact

Your formulations, volumes, and contract terms are never disclosed — we sign an NDA before discussing details.

One project manager

Runs the project from brief to shipment, replies within one business day, and sends a status update every week.

Deadlines fixed in the contract

Pilot and production dates are contract clauses backed by manufacturer liability — not promises.

Every batch inspected

The factory laboratory tests every batch before shipment — the test report is part of the document package.
