About the brand

Bio Protection™ protects people rather than rooms — and that is a fundamentally different task. The product is applied to clothing, carried in a backpack, and taken to a country house, on a fishing trip, on a hike, or into the field. It has to work where there are no walls, no power outlet, and no opportunity to treat anything in advance.

The formulations are balanced for exactly this use: the products can be used around adults and children, and the protection lasts for the whole walk, not ten minutes. The spray protects against mosquitoes, ticks, sand flies, and horseflies in a single application; the coil creates a zone of calm on the porch or in the gazebo; the fumigator set provides overnight protection indoors.

This is a brand with short but very intense seasons. Demand climbs from April, holds through September, and peaks over the May holidays and during the July holiday season — when the whole country heads out of town at once.

The products are priced for the mass market: Bio Protection is bought not one item at a time but for the whole family and the whole season. For a retail chain, that means high turnover in a short window and a product that must be on the shelf by the beginning of May.
