Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent to Personal Data Processing (the "Consent") is a standalone document, executed separately from any other documents and agreements in accordance with Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" ("Law No. 152-FZ").

By ticking the corresponding box (checkbox) when submitting a form on the website oboronhim.ru (the "Site"), the user (the "Subject") freely, of their own will and in their own interest, consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below. The box is not pre-checked: consent is considered given only as the result of the Subject's own deliberate action.

2. How Consent Is Expressed

Consent is given in electronic form, in a manner that makes it possible to confirm its receipt, by ticking the consent box and then submitting the form. The Operator records the date and time the form is submitted, which confirms the fact and the moment consent was received.

Consent is given to the processing of the personal data the Subject provides in the corresponding form, as well as the data received automatically when the Site is accessed, to the extent defined in Section 3 of this Consent.

3. Personal Data Covered by This Consent

3.1. Data the Subject provides directly:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • organization name and job title;
  • the content of the inquiry (message text);
  • details provided in a contract manufacturing request: product types of interest, planned volume, brand name, availability of finished packaging artwork.

3.2. Data received automatically when the form is submitted:

  • the device's IP address;
  • browser and operating system details (the User-Agent header and Sec-CH-UA client hints);
  • the referring page address (the Referer header);
  • the browser's language settings and the selected interface language;
  • the date and time the inquiry was submitted.

This Consent does not extend to special categories of personal data, criminal record information, or biometric personal data — the Operator neither requests nor processes such data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the purposes matching the form the Subject completed. Consent to processing for one purpose does not constitute consent to processing for another.

4.1. Inquiries, wholesale requests, and contract manufacturing requests

  • reviewing the inquiry or request and preparing a response to it;
  • contacting the Subject using the contact details they provided, including by phone and email;
  • preparing a commercial proposal, conducting negotiations, and concluding and performing a supply or contract manufacturing agreement;
  • clarifying details needed to review the inquiry.

4.2. Newsletter subscription

  • sending informational and promotional materials about the Operator's products, news, and commercial offers to the email address provided.

Processing for the purposes stated in clause 4.2 constitutes the promotion of goods, works, and services in the market and is carried out in the manner set out in Part 1 of Article 15 of Law No. 152-FZ. Consent to such processing is given separately, when completing the subscription form, and may be withdrawn independently of the consent under clause 4.1.

5. Actions Performed on Personal Data and Processing Methods

Consent is given to the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, amending), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases specified in Section 6, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. No decisions producing legal consequences for the Subject are made solely on the basis of automated personal data processing.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

The Subject consents to the processing of their personal data being commissioned to parties the Operator engages under an agreement that includes the obligation to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data: the hosting provider, the providers of email and mailing services, and the providers of customer relationship management systems. All these parties are located, and store the data, within the Russian Federation.

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. Personal data is not transferred to the territory of foreign states.

7. Term of the Consent and How to Withdraw It

This Consent remains in force:

  • for the purposes stated in clause 4.1 — for three years from the date the inquiry is submitted;
  • for the purposes stated in clause 4.2 — until withdrawn by the Subject.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. To do so, it is sufficient to send a message to that effect to the email address privacy@oboronhim.ru or in writing to the Operator's registered office address. You can additionally unsubscribe from the newsletter using the unsubscribe link contained in each email.

If consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing the personal data and ensures its destruction within the timeframes established by Article 21 of Law No. 152-FZ, except where processing may continue on another legal basis provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. The Subject's Rights and Confirmations

The Subject confirms that:

  • this consent is given freely, of their own will and in their own interest;
  • they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and are aware of the rights of personal data subjects under Law No. 152-FZ, including the right to access their personal data and the right to withdraw consent;
  • the information they provide is accurate;
  • if they provide another person's personal data, they hold the authority to pass that data to the Operator and have obtained that person's consent.

Giving this consent is not a condition of access to the Site and its informational sections. Consent is required solely to submit an inquiry through a form, since responding to an inquiry is impossible without processing the data listed.
