How you'll receive your order
Warehouse pickup
Pick up your order yourself from our warehouse in the Moscow Region. We'll agree on the loading date and time in advance.
Transport companies
We'll hand your shipment over to a carrier: delivery to the terminal or to your door — to any region of Russia and to the CIS countries.
Our own transport
Within Moscow and the Moscow Region, we'll deliver your order in our own vehicles.
Retail chain DCs
We deliver to the chains' distribution centers on their schedules — we work with 480+ chain retailers.

We set out the supply and payment terms in the contract and issue an invoice.

Payment, lead times, and cost
Payment by bank transfer
We agree payment terms individually and set them out in the contract — to fit your volume, purchasing frequency, and the format of our partnership.
EDI
Closing documents can be received via electronic document interchange — without paper mail.
Shipping times
We ship as quickly as possible: products are stored in our own warehouse, and our production reserves let us fulfill orders in full even in peak season. Your manager will confirm the exact date when you place the order.
Delivery cost
We calculate the cost for each order, taking into account volume, destination, and delivery method, and offer the most favorable option. Our goal is terms that suit both sides.

Packaging and palletizing
Every item is shipped in corrugated transport cases on pallets. Units per case and per pallet, dimensions, and weight are listed on each product page.
Documents
Every delivery comes with a complete package of product documents and the closing documents. Product documents are gathered in a separate section of the site.
