Tigard® Cockroach Gel

Cockroaches adapt. When a site is treated with the same active ingredient year after year, part of the population stops responding to it — and the gel that worked yesterday suddenly stops delivering.

This gel exists for exactly those cases. It contains imidacloprid rather than the fipronil used in our other gels — a different class, a different mechanism of action, and no built-up resistance in the population. The composition is also notably more resistant to moisture and high temperatures.

How to apply

Apply the gel in a dotted line — 2–3 cm dashes a few centimeters apart — along the insects' routes: along baseboards, behind the stove and refrigerator, under the sink, by the trash can, near vents and water pipes. There is no need to treat the whole area.

Bought for food-service kitchens, bathhouses and laundries, boiler rooms and basements — anywhere hot and humid — and as the second product in rotation when the usual one has stopped working.
